Sarah eats, breathes and sleeps health, wellness and gratitude. She is a well-known leader in the recruitment space. Throughout her life, nutrition, health and wellness have been a personal passion that she made official by becoming certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Recruiting became a natural fit after years of working in sales; she realized she could forge a career matching her love of people with her passion for wellness! 

A passionate recruiter, Sarah loves meeting new people, and takes a humanized approach to everything she does. Sarah is inspired by learning about people's backgrounds, experiences and goals for the future. She takes pride in treating both her candidates and clients with the respect and care she would hope to receive if she were on the other side of the phone (or Zoom). 
 

Sarah has placed top talent across a wide variety of roles and categories from CEO to Beverage Nutrition Technologist and everything in between. She has had the honor of working with brands such as Liquid IV, Semihandmade, Goldthread Tonics, Hydrant, ROAR, Coconut Cult, and Foria.

When Sarah isn’t helping teams grow, she’s empowering women through her health coaching practice. Sarah truly believes health is achieved when you take care of the mind, body and spirit!
